Pretty Polka Dot Cake

I'm thinking ahead to E's birthday, which is in a few months, and this cake jumped out at me on Pinterest after seeing my cousin post a similar one on Facebook. How fun is this?! Being the girly-girl that she is, I think she would be tickled pink to have a cake like this. You could also bake the cake balls in mini cupcake pans, if you don't have a cake pop maker.
